01 How long does SEO take to show results?
SEO is a long-term investment. Most sites see meaningful movement in 3–6 months, with results compounding after that. Early on you'll usually see impressions and long-tail rankings rise before the more competitive head terms move. We report progress monthly so you can see the trend.
02 How do I see what work has been done?
You'll receive a clear monthly update covering what we did, what changed in your rankings and traffic, and what's planned next. You can also ask us any time via a ticket or live chat — the same team doing your SEO answers directly.
03 Where do I log in to my account?
Your client area is where you view invoices, manage your service, and open support tickets. SEO Centre clients also get free hosting — if your site is hosted with us, your hosting login details are provided when your service is set up.
04 What's included in my package?
Every package includes keyword research, on-page (content + technical) optimisation, local SEO where applicable, meta and schema optimisation, content writing, plus free web hosting and website maintenance. The differences are the hours per month and depth of content — see our pricing.
05 Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes — there's no lock-in contract. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel; changes take effect from your next billing cycle. If you'd like to adjust your package, open a ticket from your client area and we'll sort it out.
06 Do you guarantee #1 rankings?
No honest SEO provider can guarantee a specific position — Google's algorithm and your competitors are outside anyone's control. What we guarantee is genuine, best-practice work and transparent reporting. We'll tell you realistically what's achievable for your site and market.
07 What access do you need from me?
Typically access to your website's CMS or hosting, and to Google Search Console and Google Analytics (we'll set these up if you don't have them). This lets us make changes and measure results accurately.
08 How do I get a free audit?
