Starting SEO can feel vague — here’s exactly what happens once you sign up.

Week 1 — Audit and access

We run a full technical and content audit of your site: how it’s structured, what it ranks for now, where it’s slow, and what’s holding it back. We’ll ask for access to your Google Search Console and Google Analytics (or set them up if you don’t have them), plus your site’s CMS or hosting login so we can make changes.

Week 2 — Keyword research and plan

We research the keywords your customers actually search — not just the obvious ones, but the high-intent terms that bring buyers, not browsers. You’ll get a prioritised plan: which pages we optimise first, what content we’ll write, and the technical fixes we’ll make.

Weeks 3–4 — First round of work

We start executing: on-page optimisation, technical fixes, and the first content. Your hours are tracked against your package (3, 7, or 20 hours per month). You’ll see changes going live.

What you’ll need from us

SEO is a long-term investment. Most sites see meaningful movement in 3–6 months, with bigger gains compounding after that. We take on a small number of clients at a time so your campaign gets real attention. Questions between updates go through a ticket or live chat.
